This adapter is manufactured by machining corrosion resistant aluminum alloy. Its base plate has large area and is fixed by two cap screws firmly to comfortably hold heavy gears. There are 6x M6 screw holes and 4x M5 screw holes to accommodate with various housings and handles. The ball-joint is designed with hollow portion to lighten total weight.

Tripod System
With a standard tripod configuration, it is difficult to adjust the camera position once the tripod is placed on the seabed, but with the M28 Ring Adapter (for Carbon Telescopic Arm) attached, the camera position can be easily controlled by adjusting the Carbon Telescopic Arm length.
Attaching the Direct Base III etc. allows for flexible lighting configuration.
Follow Cam System
Multiple lights can be attached on a Carbon Telescopic Arm to use more intense light for follow cam imaging.
