Grip Base
A base stay with strobe arm function for compact digital camera housing. The Grip Base is machined aluminum to have lightweight body and securely attached to compatible housing. When attaching Z-240 / D-2000 / S-2000 strobe directly on the Grip Base D4, you can set up compact and simple strobe system.
A conventional flexible arm looks like useful with its wide compatibility for lighting, but it is hard to align the optical axis of an external strobe to a subject especially for beginners. You never have same situation since subject and environment alternates continuously. Lovely scene or subject doesn't wait until you are ready. Therefore we would suggest simple lighting system for perfect shot.
Optional wide variety of INON arm system further provides flexible and free strobe configuration to suits to shooting condition depending on a subject.

The Grip Base D4 is equipped with newly developed SPS (Slide Plate System) and directly attached on more than 100 different water-proof housings. The SPS provides loose-proof structure by to-and-fro adjustable main plate and two sub plates to hold bottom part of compatible housing securely (Patent P.). When using a close-up lens or wide conversion lens, the Grip Base D4 is attached on a Mount Base or Lens Adapter Base firmly with two M6 screws. The loose-proof Grip Base D4 supports you to focus on shooting without any extra work to retighten it during use.

It's easy to start external strobe shooting right away by simply attaching INON Z-240 Type 4/D-2000 Type 4/S-2000 strobe on the Grip Base D4 Set thanks to their wireless connection capability. INON strobe benefits you to capture underwater scenery vividly with its powerful output and substantial features.
● Unlimited expandability !
- The Grip Base D4 is compatible with wide variety of INON arm system to attach strobe or LED flashlight. Only additional "Shoe Base Adapter D4" and "Shoe Base" on a basic setting where a strobe is directly attached on the Grip Base D4 via "Z Joint", will add flexibility on lighting options. Combination of "Direct Base III" or "Multi Direct Base II Long" and INON arm further enhances flexibility of strobe positioning to suit to size of a subject or distance to it. Optional "D Holder Extension Bar" enables to hold a lens holder to carry an attachment lens not in use. Extra "D Holder" makes it easy to set-up a multiple lighting system with dual strobe on both sides.

■Grip Base DIII
A base stay with strobe arm function for compact digital camera housing.
The Grip Base DIII has longer base tray and angled arm comparing to Grip Base DII for larger housing model. Z-240 strobe, D-2000 series strobe, S-2000 strobe is directly mounted with being optical coaxial of strobe and camera. INON Arm system can be easily added on. The Grip Base DIII position is sidlingly adjustable with maximum 16mm range to accommodate with your hand size. Two Grip Base DIII can be attached on single housing for dual strobe configuration.

For existing Grip Base M1 customers, optional "12-24 Tripod Screw Set for Grip Base M1" which consists of two sets of 12-24 Tripod Screw and 12-24 Tripod Screw Spacer, is available.
*For an Ikelite housing which has 12-24 UNC size screw holes of 76mm/3in center to center distance on its base, modified Grip Base M1 shipped after March 2012 is necessary. The Grip Base M1 shipped before March 2012 is not compatible.

System Base II
The System Base II is a base tray with arms to attach strobe(s) on INON X-2 series digital SLR housing, X1 series housing, Nikonos V or Olympus genuine SLR housing.

Working range of tripod screws
The Main Base II is a fundamental component of the Holder II Set and attached on an underwater housing via two tripod screws or one tripod screw on Nikonos V to attach Arm II strobe arm system directly. The Holder II comfortably supports the back of your right hand with pre-installed 10mm neoprene rubber when holding INON X-2 series housing or Nikonos V and is slidingly adjustable to suits to different hand size. INON strobe arm system is directly attached on the Holder II.
